If you send us the Form requesting the above services you accept and subscribe the following conditions:
Our staff will contact you back to confirm the service requested or to provide alternatives where not available within two working days.
Every service can be cancelled by fax or email without penalty within 24 hours from the guest’s arrival date to the Caesar Augustus, with exception of:
Train, flights or event tickets where not refundable from the service providers, that require the immediate charge on the credit card.
Dinner on the private Pensatoio Terrace must be cancelled within 48 hours from the date requested, in order to avoid a 100% penalty of the service price.
If we don’t receive a written cancellation, as per our policy on the below services, the hotel will charge 100% of the service cost as a penalty fee on the credit card provided.
